Sometimes group yoga classes don’t offer the proper environment for an in depth and personalised yoga lesson… Teachers might not have time to give an answer to all your questions or you might not even dare to ask them in front of others!

I welcome you at my place, in a dedicated yoga room with all the material and props you would need to discover what kind of adjustments work for you.

If you prefer practicing at home, I can also come to your place for an additional fee depending on your location (🚃 🚲 🚗).

The number of individual lessons you take is up to you, one session might be enough to unlock a specific issue or question. A few sessions will give you a strong set of skills and tools to safely move into your own practice and group classes.
