I discovered yoga with Viviane Gutlerner in 2012. After years of high-level sportsmanship, I was looking for a more gentle practice to reduce my chronic pain in the neck and shoulders, and Iyengar yoga proved to be exactly what I needed.
After trying other yoga styles, I decided to further develop my knowledge of traditional Hatha yoga and followed the transmission calling by embarking the teachers training with François Raoult from Open Sky Yoga Center, another direct student of B.K.S Iyengar.
In parallel I trained myself in mindfulness and discovered the healing power of Reiki and Korean relaxation.
I am currently studying Shiatsu at O-KI school to continue my journey through learning ancient wisdom and healing practices.
